Very smooth and easy drinking. Not so much "scottish' taste. More of a good malty red ale. I really like it. North park brewery SD. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark copper with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is toasted malt and licorice. Medium body, bread, licorice, light dry finish, good.
