Dynamo Hum starts with our popular Razz Wheat. This raspberry wheat ale is aged in wine barrels with our proprietary mixed cultures for over 2 years. After their long rest, we blend the barrels upon hundreds of fresh raspberries. It never ceases to amaze us how time, culture, and creativity can completely alter an everyday beer into something so special.

22oz bottle pours a hazy, orange amber with some spitty white head. Nose of raspberry, jammy, some brett C, cherry, grass, bitter greens, citrus peel. Flavor is tart, raspberry, cherry, some sherry vinegar, a little rose’ wine. Full, tart finish.

Bottle share @ DLD. Fresh raspberry, oak, and lactic aroma. Cloudy pink tinged amber with a large head. Tart raspberry, lactic, and light oak flavor. Body on the light side of medium, lively carbonation. Very well done.

Bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, peachy and light citric. Fruity, citric and raspberry fruity. Smooth, citric and crisp, mild tartness. Smooth and citric finish.

Sample from the barrel at Jackie O’s as part of Ohio Brew Week, thanks Brad. The beer pours a reddish-orange color with a minimal pinkish-white head that disappears quickly. Spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart berries and funk. Medium body with a moderately sour fruit character that is primarily raspberry, with a bit of citrus as well. Some wheat and malt in the background. The finish is fruity with a raspberry aftertaste that lingers on the tongue. Good beer all around.

Courtesy of storminorman at the Black Friday Tasting pouring up clear amber with gold hues and off white head. The aroma is crisp, vinegar, green apples, red wine and some body odor. The taste is refreshing and offers up a pleasing sour tartness with lime, lemon and moldy cheese pulling this together. Nice stuff with plenty of refreshment and bold flavors without getting too acidic and tart.

Bottle 85 of 216. Pours light reddish brown with small white head. Nose/taste of intense raspberry with oak, vinous notes, fruit candy and wild yeast. Medium body. An absolute sick amount of raspberries in this one. Delicious.
