Dynamo Hum starts with our popular Razz Wheat. This raspberry wheat ale is aged in wine barrels with our proprietary mixed cultures for over 2 years. After their long rest, we blend the barrels upon hundreds of fresh raspberries. It never ceases to amaze us how time, culture, and creativity can completely alter an everyday beer into something so special.

Bottle shared on the bus during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours unclear reddish pink with a foamy, white head. Great stuff, with solid tart bite, tangy berries, moderate acidity. Light to medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Finishes with more refreshing acidity, dried berries. Very good beer.

Bottle #44/300. The beer pours a reddish-orange color with a minimal pinkish-white head that disappears quickly. Spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart berries and funk. Medium body with a moderately sour fruit character that is primarily raspberry, with a bit of citrus as well. Some wheat and malt in the background. The finish is fruity with a raspberry aftertaste that lingers on the tongue. Good beer all around.

22 oz. bottle, pours a fairly clear pinkish red with almost no head. Nose brings out shitloads of raspberries, some lacto and a touch of barrels. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of raspberries, lacto, perfumey notes and vinous qualities. Acetic and tart on the finish, but not overly so, not overly complex. Pretty good, but nothing special.

From the April 2014 3R6P gathering. +++ Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a murky pinkish-orange color with a small foamy white head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was tart and sour with a vague fruity presence. The flavor was very tart and sour, chalky and had some berry. Long tart and sour berry finish. Medium body.

Bottle @ home with jcnielsen. Rotbox offering. Pours a bit hazy peach ruby appearance with little head. Cherry pie, somewhat tart, vinegar, rich raspberry aroma that is quite nice. Juicy tart raspberry, a touch cheesy, big raspberry flavor that is only moderately sour. Great beer.
