Tap at GABF. Pours a hazy orange gold with large frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is oak, funk, floral, lemon zest. Medium body, oak, funk, nice tartness, light finish, very good.

GABF 2014. Another sour beer, after the plum lambic I just tasted. I pick up some red wine and a little vinegar; acidic, and some fruit flavor. I am wondering if this has plums also.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Yeast and light spice aroma. Tart and spice flavor with yeast. Medium bodied. Tart and brett linger with light malt.
