Clear body with white head. Hay aroma. Balanced malt and hop taste, first one and then the other. Crisp finish.

On tap at the brewery pours crisp straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice light grain bread malts some grass hops. Taste is more of the nice crisp grass hops enjoyable malt touch.

Poured from the tap. Clear blonde with small white head. Light, crisp, bread crust, very mild hopping, okay.

A pale blonde pils with very thin white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Crowler. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy grass with notes of biscuit and straw underlying. Flavor has grass and bread with a bit of biscuit and sweet grain backing.

Draft at Dai Due. Clear pale gold, white head. Pils malt, grass, bit of fruitiness. Crisp and refreshing.

At the source: pours light gold with a white head. Aroma is limey, a bit soapy, floral. Taste is limey and much like the aroma. Not bad.

On tap at South Lamar. Pours a Clear yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is lemon zest, corn, wheat. Medium body, grass, citrus, nice crisp finish, good.
