Witbier brewed with orange peel and coriander

This traditional Belgian-style white ale refreshes the body and illuminates the spirit. Brewed with malted and unmalted wheat and seasoned with coriander and sweet orange peel, Witte pours hazy, smooth and flavorful, with aromas of citrus and clove.

Crisp and refreshing on its own, it shines brightly alongside lighter fare like salads and appetizers, and serves as a perfect complement to barbecue and spicy dishes.

Enjoy a taste of the sun. Santé!

12 oz bottle pour. Pours a big fizz pale golden color with a patchy head. Very gentle lemon and herbal aroma. Lemon and sweet belgian yeast front flavor with a smooth, refreshing cool finish. Overall a nice beer. Good for a Belgian like beer with no real intensity to it. Enjoyed this.

Bottle. A- Soft, lemon, coriander. A- Yellow color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Coriander, lemon, subtle orange, wheat. P- Light body, soft texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- A good Wit, but awfully soft on the aroma and palate. As it warms, more of the spices come through and creates a more complex feel, but still seemed quite subtle on all notes. A good beer all in all though.
