Huge, light-yellow head over foxy amber-orange beer. Lots of citrus and solvent, grapes, grapefruit. Grapefruit bitter, very fruity character, with a bit of caramel malts lurking behind. Medium bodied, bit grist slickness, sharpish tongue bitterness. Quite nice IPA, well-balanced, pleasing.

Bottle from Beverages4Less. Pours hazy amber with a 4 finger beige head. Aroma is quite fruity. Medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is rather citrus over roasted malt. The hop really grabs in the finish. It’s very good stuff.

Bottle shared with Doug at The Bayou
Appearance: Pours clear amber with a nice fluffy white head with very little lacing
Aroma: Strong pine aroma
Taste: Pine resin, extract bitter
Very nice, great idea with the single hop beers. This helps identifying the different hops in other beers.

Thanks to yespr for this bottle. Looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts strong, intense hoppy, modest sweet. Becomes more and more dry, a bit scratchy-woody. Still sweet in the background. Finish a bit milder, but still intense hoppy. Dry aftertaste. Great beer!

(Draught at Bishops Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm) Amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, hoppy nose with pine needles and grapefruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, pine needles and a solid, grainy malt foundation. More than medium body, fairly dry with a generous bitterness. Very much in line with the other single hop IPA’s from Mikkeller. Very nice.
