On tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear deep gold with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has an interesting combination of dry Pinot grapes and a decent amount of straw. Flavor has a good amount of straw and grain with dry Pinot notes supporting.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is grape and oak. Medium body, strong oak, grape, dry finish, very good.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy gold with a slight white head. Lite sour aroma. Med body. Flavor is red wine and lots of oak, followed by pedio? sour. Barrel aspects are very strong. Really great result given the "light" beer.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Red wine and light malt aroma. Red wine and light oak flavor with light malt. Medium bodied. Red wine and light oak lingers with light malt.
