Draft. Hazy golden beer with a cream head. Louth the citrus and light tart aroma. Tart/light sour flavor with summer fruit and light topical fruit. Medium bodied. Tartness/light sourness lingers with summer fruit and tropical fruit.

Tap. Pours hazy golden, small white head, dissipates quickly, some lacing. Aroma is kettle sour, sea air, wheat mash, coriander, lime zest. Flavors is light tart, minimal bitterness. Light body, low carbonation. Good.

[1/27/17] Draught at Diving Dog Brewhouse in Oakland. Hazy yellow. Lacto, citrus, coriander, tart, some brine.

On tap at Diving Dog. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is salt, pepper, floral, wheat. Thin body, lemon zest, pepper, light tartness, strong salt in finish, good.
