On tap at DRBT. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium white head. The aroma is peach flesh, wheat, salt, oak. Thin body, tart peach, wheat, lacto, light salt, dry finish, very nice.

4 oz pour on draft at Meridian Pint during their 6th anniversary celebration. Hazy pale yellow with off-white head. Aromas of subtle white wine, stone fruit. Light aroma. Tastes of light salt, light white wine, stone fruit. Light body with a dry finish.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting VII on 09/25/2015. Hazy peach color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Oaky aroma with peach, yeast and spice notes. Light-bodied with flavors of salty citrus, oaky chardonnay, yeast and malt. The finish is mildly tart peaches and oak. Good beer all around.
