pours unclear, yellowblonde. Good whote head, but consisting of rather big bubbles, making it fade rather fast. Smell is malty, some yeast. Taste is bitter, rich yeastyness. crispy malty back. Agreeable mouthfeel, but overcarbonated to me. Very average blonde Belgian beer, with perhaps a tad of difference towards the aftertaste ( the crispy malts is something I really like ). i did prefer the brown version much more.
