Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden with nice lacing. Nose - bready and with white pepper and a touch of white sugar. Candied fruit. Taste - quite syrupy up front. Candied lemon. Palate - tangy and medium bodied. Tangy sweet middle. The finish is a little sweeter than hoped for. Apart from that, great. Overall - good.

Bottle from Beers of Europe shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light spice and dough. Taste is light sweet, white sugar and spice. Very easy drinking for the strength.

Bottle, sold as Gold Tripel. Bottle. Blonde. Just a hint of citrus in the slightly perfumed aroma. malty sweet alcoholic flavor with hints of citrus, Sticky mouthfeel. No outspoken flavors and aromas.

Tap. Saturated golden color, slightly yellowish foam. Aroma: malt, spicy yeast, higher alcohols and phenols, esters, apple and perfumery. Taste: sweet, malt, lollipops, apple with seeds, white sherry, a drop of vodka, a little bitterness at the finish, good.

bottle at hennie's clear orange, small white head. strong and powerful aroma of yellow fruits, ripe yellow fruits. and malts. a very heavy tripel aroma. yet dry. hints of flowers. flavor is booze, dry yellow fruits, alc. and i think yeast bitterness. really heavy stuff, this might even go as a barley wine. not that sweet, quite dry for the ABV in fact. Very belgian in strength and flavor, but not as much yeasty craziness as in some belgians. good stuff.
