On tap at GABF 16'. Pours a clear copper with small beige head. The aroma is toasted malt and dark fruit. Meidum body, toast, raisin, rye, light finish, good.

Sample at GABF 10/04/2014, thanks to my BIL for assistance with note-taking. Clear copper color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Strings of lacing. Aroma of malt, fruit and spruce. Medium body with flavors of grainy malt, dark fruit and resiny hops. The finish is malty up front with an earthy yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a tan head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has notes of bread and grass with a bit of light pine backing. Flavor has more of grass and grapefruit combination up front with a bread backbone.
