Pour is a very light golden with a large white head. Aroma is some white wine with white pepper and grain. Flavor is a whole lot more of the brett with some pineapple juice and even though this is not barrel aged I get a lot of oak. This was quite flavorful and a bit spicy after the swallow. Not a huge brett note but just enough to let you know it's there.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a hazy yellow with small white head. The aroma is strong brett, oak, yeast, sour fruit. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, light tartness, dry finish, good.
