Poured at Shelton Festival, hazy gold with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is grass and lemon zest. Medium body, juicy, citrus, grass, light bitterness, very nice.

The Well, Brooklyn tap: super hazy pale with a white head. Aroma is light citrus, light grass, super pale malts. Taste is fruity, lightly sweet, not really bitter... hoppy but yeah. Pretty good.

Draught at Lord Hobo, 5/13/16.
Quite hazy, pale, flaxen-gold body is well-carbonated and topped by a small amount of white head showing average retention.
Lots of fresh house yeast character rises out of the glass, with apple melding with lime, lemon, very light pineapple and easygoing grapefruit. Don’t usually get along with azacca, but this doesn’t seem to have any of the brash fruitiness I’ve found from that hop in other beers. Very sparse, but not underutilized malts provide very light biscuit and just a pinch of honey. Yeast lingers very charmingly on the finish with no alcohol or flaw and no resin (though a good deal of grapefruit).
Bitterness is ample yet still very much in-check, overall, as dry grapefruit, black pepper, lemon zest and biscuity/crackery malts keep things very, very dry in flavor. Never seems husky/grainy though and adding the tight carbonation, the texture is solidly soft and lightly malty. Pepper, citrus, floral/spicy hops and just a touch of pineapple on the finish. Incredibly thirst quenching and drinkable.
