Bottle thanks to Derek. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma ie strong brett, lemon zest, oak, funk. Medium body, tart, similar flavors to nose, lingering dry finish, very good.

Bottle in CO. Outstanding. Nice mellow yeast expression, subtly tangy citrus, farmhouse funk, low bitterness. Unclear yellow gold with a creamy white head. Nice balance, with more funky farm, Kenny notes. So great.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/19/2016. Hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a wispy film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, funky yeast, hops and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, brett yeast and malt. The finish is funky with a citrus and herbal yeast aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Tap at the brewery (in it’s own logo glass) - turbid straw with a fluffy head/lace - seems like they were almost going for an Orval thing here - there are some tropical Brett notes in the nose, but it mostly has that rustic barnyard and oddly inviting plastic phenol Orval character - medium body, soft carbonation - light sweetness up front, but mostly bone dry from middle to finish - hay, straw - light pepper, dusty basement, musky pineapple - finish is dry, peppery, flinty - solid Brett pale.
