Tap at the FairMont, Austin, Texas, 18th February 2020. Pours light straw in colour, with slight haze. Loads of flavour, floral, yeast, citrus, refreshing, not a style that I favour, but it’s OK

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong wheat, floral, citrus. Medium body, clove, banana, wheat, citrus, dry finish.
