Can. A- Apples, honey. A- Gold color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Apples, spice, honey, sweet. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Pretty standard cider tasting, honey added a touch of sweetness to an otherwise bittersweet cider. Pretty middle of the road.

On tap at the Zilker location. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has slight dry apple and sweet honey with a bit of bitter apple underlying. Flavor has sweet honey and sweet apple with just a hint of earthiness in the finish.

$1.79 can, Total Wine, S. Richmond. Clear gold hour, white head. Aroma is trash water, apple, light honey. Flavor is sweet apple, honey... not a lot here, but enjoyable without being cloying.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear orange gold with no head. The aroma is oak, floral, honey. Thin body, honey, wheat, oak, dry finish, good.

Can: Apple juice aroma. Crystal clear amber. Quite sweet apple, a little drier on the back end, but still considerably sweet. Medium body, easy carbonation. Little nuance.
