Dust to Dust is our collaboration with the one and only Ron Jeffries of Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales. Dust to Dust is a hoppy Brett beer brewed with pilsner malt, wheat and a touch of rye. We were very fortunate to be part of the first trials of the awesome Lupulin Powder from our friends at YCH Hops and we dusted this batch with a generous addition of Citra and Mosaic. After being aged in puncheons for 5 months with Brett, we dusted the beer again with even more Citra and Mosaic Lupulin Powder before it was bottle-conditioned.

Bottle thanks to Weyjay. Pours a cloudy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong oak, brett, citrus, floral. Slick body, oak, strong brett, juicy citrus, light dry finish, very nice.

Draft 12 oz pour at Brouwers, featured during the 12th anniversary party. The most important 12 in the whole city. A bright orange pour with a thin, oily head. Far from your typical pale. A hoppy nose to it. Flavor is a sweet and tart orange fruit, peach, and an impressive hop background, and dominated linger. Extremely flavorful, but the sweetness seems to creep in, and settle. Overall, a fun, tasty beer here.
