Yes, we needed something for the heavy beerdrinkers in Ecaussinnes... so Hugues brewed a five degrees blond top- fermented beer, but still with a nice taste.

Draught. Bready aroma. Golden colour. Big, creamy white head. Mild spiciness, clove? Otherwise a little thin. Clove/bread aftertaste. The mouthfeel is quite creamy.

Quite a pale beer with a generally sweet aroma and a quite thin and sweet finishing flavour. Overall a plain Belgian beer.

A sweet fruity aroma with notes of corn eminates from this beer. The color is hazy yellow and it has a fine though collapsing head. The flavor is sweet malty - too light and simple with a thin body. I'm disappointed in this beer.

Pale yellow; big white head, not stable. Grassy nose, but also bit of esters, hay, bit of honey, summertrees pollinating. Bit malty taste, specific pale mats, faint grass. Slight liquorice and honey on the palate. Light bodied, slight warming burn - not even really thirstquenching (soif=thirst). As an attempt to brew pils with top fermenting yeast. Not bad, but it tears of in five directions at once, arriving nowhere in the end.
