Tastees are kettle sour ales clocking in at 5.5%. We add a bunch of lactose to these and brew them intentionally to be fuller bodied to try and replicate a fruit smoothie. We then select two different fruits and bomb it out in secondary fermentation at just shy of double fruited goses levels of fruit. For the next fruit blend in this series, we decided to use Passionfruit and Raspberry. Incredible tropical and berry notes. Perfect level of acidity with the balanced sweetness and smoothie-like body.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Hazy papaya colour beer, small bubbly off white head. Airy palate, fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Sweet and sour fruits. Papaya and mango, even some tamarillo. Light and semi dry finish. Very good sweet and sour tension, the palate is hard work for me.

Hazed reddish golden with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is raspberry yoghurt, straw, boysenberry, citric nip.
Taste comprises tangy tropical fruit esters, grass, hedgerow, damp straw, raspberry pips, lactic tang.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow puckering rasp.
Not bad.

Can thanks to Andrew. Pours a cloudy pink with medium off white head leaving sticky lacing. Th aroma is strong passionfruit, berry, wheat, vanilla cream. Slick body, similar flavor to nose, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
