Fragrance and taste of the “yeast-cloudy” wheat beer are distinguished by a refined top-fermented flowery-yeast character and an unmistakable, distinct banana aroma. First sensation on the taste buds is full-bodied, very soft and mild with a lively, champagne-like sparkle. A light, typical wheat beer taste is expressed, the bitter tone of which can scarcely be detected. The sparklingly refreshing Ayinger Bräuweisse will impress every wheat beer connoisseur with the first mouthful.

Cloudy pale orange. High white head. Persistent and with good lacing. Bubblegum and banana(not ripe) aroma. Taste is wheat bread with a bit of citrus Fizzy.Medium bodied. Spicy finish. Balanced, outstanding and less sweet than other Weizen. I wasn't that impressed with the first bottle but second one casted all doubt aside. I wish I had bought more

Bottle. Typical hefeweizen pour. Golden, hazy with a big fluffy head. Aroma is spicy, clove, banana, lemon. The taste is wonderful. Clove, fruity but the kicker are the hints of floral that put it over the top. Another great beer from Ayinger.

Bottle shared at work. Pours cloudy orangeish golden with thicc white head. Nose is penholic, estery, bready. Taste is low sweetness, grainy, a beautiful combination of phenols and esters, full of clove and banana. Closes with a long lasting grainy finish, has light but full body, and soft carbonation. Noice.
