Deep hazy gold pour, big bubbly white head. Solid lemon, clove, wheat aromas. Great carb, and mouthfeel. Big malted wheat flavors, and loads of yeasty esters, with a solid citrus finish. Nice.

Aroma of wheat, yeast and especially banana. Flavour is yeasty and more banana. Definitely a fine Hefe.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Cloudy gold with small white top. Aroma of banana, wheat, light clove with a nice freshness to it. Taste starts with a citrus and wheat note then some of that banana yeast esters and bread. Medium bodied, some stickiness. Good.

Notes from 1/9/2009. Bottle from same stock as my Celebrator review. Borderline frozen since September. Non-corresponding notches on the bottom front of the label are just as confusing as ever. Erdinger weiss glass. Heavy volume of egg whites; stiff peaks. Enthusiastic, but dustier/duller then usual. Straw-colored body. Main phenol is clove. Banana is there of course(minus the plastic notes), but it gives off generous amounts of candied pineapple, & even a little dankness of papaya. Minimal bubblegum. Taste-wise, the wheat is out front, along with a a little caramel. Very, very juicy. More bubblegum then banana here. Dry, slightly green finish, with just a sampling of clove. Really easy. :)

Bottle 0,5ltr: Hazy golden thirstquencher of its highest level, full fruity and honey-like taste and very faint hints of banana.

Interesting hefeweizen. Sweet but spicy. Lovely, but Revolt is less than impressed.
