Pours a nice slightly hazy lemony yellow. Good bright citrus aroma and flavor , lightly tart and a little grainy aftertaste. Good beer

Draught at Julian's in Providence: pours hazy with a white head. Aroma is hoppy, fairly bready. Taste is lightly hoppy, slight tartness, sort of malty, slight old IPA... it is fine but not great.

16 ounce can from Woodman's Waukesha, 10/25/18. Hazy, almost murky, orange, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of lemony funk, pale malt. Taste is lemon, vinegar, almost like kombucha. Some bready malts. Medium bodied, high carbonation, lingering tartness. Interesting

Canned 7/17, drunk 9/21/18.
Fully cloudy, light, lemon pie-colored body looks like a witbier. Mega-carbonated, with mountains of well-retained, white head.
Cracker and light honey are timid, being bullied by strong, lemony hops. Very floral and spicy with herbs and pepper behind it, but a bit much on the citrus. No lactic component and more Brett emerging with warming to add perfume and light acidity.
In the mouth, honey and tangy acidity are strong, up front. High attenuation is helpful but the heavy white pepper phenol does come off very strong. Citrusy kumquat through the middle with intense, prickly carbonation. Cracker and wheat in the background are not overly soft, though there is enough malt texture to prevent it from coming off husky or thin. There's definitely a lot going on here, which is nice for its size, but it does seem rather muddled. Is this a saions? A sour? A hoppy beer? Hops do blow off some as the beer progresses and breathes, but it's certainly no grisette that I've ever heard of. As a beer, objectively, it's quite nice, maybe a touch too acidic on the finish.

Can thanks to Rainer. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, honeysuckle, lemon zest. Slick body, lemon, wheat, floral, crisp, very nice.
