On tap at Randolph Williamsburg. Pours gold. Brandy, boozy, orange peel, banana, boozy heat to finish. Medium body. Better than those notes imply.

On tap at Blend Bar & Bisro in Hamilton, NJ. Medium gold color. Small creamy white head. Sweet malt nose hints at apple and brandy. Intense bittersweet apple flavor is mixed with big boozy notes. Quickly dries out and becomes astringent. Lots of alcohol warmth. Wow, this is quite bold. Nice lacing.

Smells of apple and plenty of brandy like VSOP. Golden pour without much head. Some coriander. Smells better than it finishes. Like apples but finishes very boozy. Tap at Pizzeria Paradiso

12 oz. Bottle, thanks to Matt B! Clear is a hazy orange color, very thin white head. Aroma shows mild oak, hints of apples, notes of sugar.

The barrel treatment adds a low apple Brandy to enhance the triple base. The body is pretty good, fuller side of medium, kind of a yeasty chewy texture. The booze is noticeable in the finish. A sipper without a doubt and the booze slows the sipping down to a crawl halfway through.

Bottle thnx to Rob. Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is sharp, grains, some very mild booze. Taste is full, bit bitter in the beginning, directly overtaken by a full apple ( not chemical, really natural ) aspect, as well as some oak. Very decent MF and carbo. The sweetness is perfectly in balance with the boitterness and the apple flavor. Best apple beer to date

Pours deep clear gold into a tulip. Bright white creamy head with excellent retention recedes leaving sheet lacing. Caramel apple aromas. Thick with sweet hot caramel and apple upfront turning to warming oak before the hot, bitter earth finish.
