Bottle courtesy of mybestfriend. Pours hazy golden with a small frothy white head that leaves some sparse trace on the glass while dissiapting. Smell is tiny fruity and spicy with crackers, grapefruit, grass, caraway and lemon zest. Taste is heavy bitter, grassy and spicy. Mouthfeel is heavy astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with grapefruit, caraway and grass. Weird...

Bottle 310 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Fat, greasy, juicy hops up-front. Fairly solid malty body, actually appears stronger than the 6.9%. Bitterness is somewhat harsh and crude. Not really up to normal Evil Twin standards. 170915

31 cl bottle @ lusikka. Batch 5, BBE 11/2015. Aroma has fruity notes, grainy malt and cereal. Flavour has fruity hops, cereal, some biscuits and minerals. Nothing fancy here, just a sweetish fruity pale ale.

Brazilian IPA in collaboration with Evil Twin, from a nice bottle with glossy label. Creamy, off-white, fairly loose head over a lightly hazy yellow blonde beer with vivid sparkling, misty with deposit. Elegant, ’dank’ but relatively clean aroma of pink grapefruit flesh, mandarin peel, lime, brown bread, ripe peach, pineapple, chamomille, freshly cut celery, hemp, pine resin, cookies, cheese spread. Crisp and vivid onset, very fruity (green apple, gooseberry, starfruit) with hop bitterness already noticeable on the tip of the tongue, bit spicy, carbonation tingling on the tongue, minerally, supple mouthfeel with a nice bready maltiness underlying an increasing, peppery, bit piney, citrussy and floral, very aromatic hop bitterness, long-lasting and dry but remaining elegant and refreshing, with some of the typical saltiness which is custom in this style. Very nice, elegant and almost ’feminin’, well-balanced, though perhaps not very original IPA.

Taste is bitter , than turns floral yet immidiatly towards bitter again . Bitterness in really intense , and very , very long lasting .
