After the booming success of Sweet Disposition in 2018, we invited our Mikerphone Brewing pals back to brew a second batch in 2021––an Imperial Stout that has been quietly aging in Weller 12-year Bourbon barrels for over 30 months. Post aging, we added Madagascan vanilla beans and pure Vermont maple syrup to ensure this blend is bursting at the seams with rich notes of maple syrup, light caramel, and smooth vanilla, followed by intense oak and bourbon richness. Needless to say, we think this bottle will pair perfectly with a tall stack of pancakes.

On tap at Weldwerks Invitational 2019. Black with brown head. Roasted malts, chocolate, vanilla, maple, bourbon. Sweet, some bitterness in finish. Full bodied.

Bottle thanks to Will! Pours opaque black, small dark brown head, dissipates quickly, some lacing. Aroma is bourbon, vanilla, maples, marshmallow. Flavor is fully sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body, soft mouthfeel.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours black with medium tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong maple, vanilla bean, roast, oak, cocoa, rum. Slick body, milk chocolate, roast, maple, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
