Beyond Duality is a little barrel aged saison brewed with fresh saaz, aged hops, and earl grey tea. This was then fermented with a blend of Jester King and our own mixed cultures. Furthermore, it was aged in oak for over one year.
Notes of Meyer lemons smashed into oak tree wood, honey suckle flowers on sweaty flesh, orange ginger bread cookies, and really fantastic times.

Bottle thanks to John. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, tea, oak, funk. Medium body, lemon zest, tea, oak, nice tartness, very good.
