Sweet dreams are made of yeast… Liquid Dreams. This year Liquid Dreams is a 7% Hazy Double Dry Hopped Double IPA loaded with BRU-1, Mosaic, EL Dorado, and Chinook hops. This hopscape boasts big island vibes with notes of dank melon, green fruit, and citrus.
Liquid Dreams was the original Code Name for our aspirations to open a brewery to produce beers people love to drink. We are entering our eight year of The Dream and couldn’t have made it here without you.

Poured at Shelton Festival, cloudy orange with medium frothy white head. The aroma is grass, pine, and citrus. Slick body juicy, citrus, pine, light resin bitterness, very good.

Bottle from Binny’s in Chicago. Hazy orange with a white head. Fresh and nicely hoppy with grapefruit, pineapple, light malt and some hints of caramel. The alcohol was well hidden. Refreshing and easy to drink with a bitter finish. A tasty one.

Hazy amber beer, decent cream colour head. Palate is smooth, airy and has modest fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a fair bit of tangy and unsweet toffee. Marmalade hops in to bitterish pine. A mild savoury note. Light finish. Not the lightest of DIPAs but has it’s won charm.
