The Chimay Triple, which is the brewery’s most recent creation, is labelled “Cinq Cents” in 75 cl bottles. It was introduced in 1986 on the occasion of five hundred years of the principality of Chimay. It is the youngest of the Chimay beers.

Dark amber pour with a decent, lasting head; aromas of white bread/malt, toffee, caramel, some fruits (peaches, oranges, apricots). Tastes of caramel, orange marmalade, malt/white bread, yellow fruit, herbal/hoppy aftertaste. Very nice...
