Can from that sweet bottle shop with the fish tank in Houston. I'll fill it in later.
Few months in the fridge, my bad. BB: 7/1425, double my bad. Pint glass at home.
Tall oatmeal head, black on cola body; washy lace.
Piney resin & a deeply candied grapefruit nose, some blank wafer on the back.
Cola sweet upfront, some brown bread, then a wave of grapefruit pith alongside some more traditional C hops. Lingering menthol & sweet pine.
Moderate to sticky body, appropriate acid with a faint twinge of sourness.
Good. Just a touch too sweet.

Draft at the source. Almost black, tan head. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, citrus, pine, good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a very dark brown with medium beige head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is cocoa and roast. Medium body, dark chocolate, roaast, pine, lingering bitterness, very good.
