Tart and extremely refreshing, Underscore is soured with a blend of lactobacillus and then fermented on fruit for an incredibly flavorful and balanced drinking experience. Post ferment, we add even more fruit to really help push the aroma and flavor. Underscore is the base beer with different fruits added each iteration, and this batch is all Mango!

Can. Pours a murky orange yellow with small white head. The aroma is mango and floral. Slick body, juicy, mango purée, light finish, very nice.
