Fragrance and taste of the “yeast-cloudy” wheat beer are distinguished by a refined top-fermented flowery-yeast character and an unmistakable, distinct banana aroma. First sensation on the taste buds is full-bodied, very soft and mild with a lively, champagne-like sparkle. A light, typical wheat beer taste is expressed, the bitter tone of which can scarcely be detected. The sparklingly refreshing Ayinger Bräuweisse will impress every wheat beer connoisseur with the first mouthful.

On tap at the Weißbier Karussell at the Kirtafest. Yellow amber hazy, super fresh yeasty nose with banana hints. Creamy layered flavor, lightly sweet with moderate hops. Nice clean yeast in the aftertaste. Very tasty one!

Pours a quite hazy (but no so much per style) pale golden. Suprisingly shows a not too big white head that recedes quite quickly, still leaving some lacing. Average intensity in a rather simple aroma: bubblegum, banana and hints of citric/lemon notes, light spiciness. Taste notes follow the aroma, with more pronounced spiciness (clove) and a light dough-like base (white bread dough). Very sweet as obvious, but nicely cut by a hint of refreshing sourness. Quite light in body (even per style) with average carbonation (below average per style), resulting in an easy mouthfeel that's definitely lighter than usual for a weissbier. This bottle might have been a bit less carbonated than it is meant. I was not impressed tastewise or in terms of mouthfeel, but the beer felt very refreshing and super-easily drinkable, resulting in an overall pleasant experience.

Apariencia típica de las cervezas alemanas. Color amarillo pálido y turbia, con una abundante corona de espuma de gran retención. Aroma a pan, trigo y plátano. Mucho plátano en boca, que predomina, junto a notas cítricas (limón). carbonatación media-alta y de cuerpo medio. Alguna especia de fondo con notas a cereal y pan, con notas ligeramente ácidas al final. Weissbier muy equilibrada.

Cloudy yellow with banana on the nose. Excellent Hefeweizen taste and feel, sweet wheat flavor with banana bread and a funky, spicy finish. Creamy.
