Fragrance and taste of the “yeast-cloudy” wheat beer are distinguished by a refined top-fermented flowery-yeast character and an unmistakable, distinct banana aroma. First sensation on the taste buds is full-bodied, very soft and mild with a lively, champagne-like sparkle. A light, typical wheat beer taste is expressed, the bitter tone of which can scarcely be detected. Pours pale yellow with moderate, medium diminishing white head. Strong aroma of banana immediately on nose. Also sweet fruit (pears). Tastes well balanced with again banana and spiciness like corriander. Sweet and refreshing. Light to medium body and medium carbonation. Very fine!

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a large thick creamy white head. Aromas of bananas and cloves with hints of apples, pears and lemon. Taste is similar to the aroma. Fairly light bodied, medium carbonation and slightly oily mouthfeel. Nice refreshing beer

Tight white head stayed on a cloudy, slowly carbonating pale golden body. Yeast & cereal aroma. Medium bodied, sharp over the tongue with a cloying back. Sweet fruit, banana, yeast, peach & peppery tastes. Very tasty - Nice one!

330ml bottle from Beer Hawk - Straw body, frothy white head. Nose is grassy, some clove and banana. Taste is wheat, more yeast and banana. Not that fantastic, but enjoyable enough.

Appearance is golden and hazy, with a half-finger pure white head. Looks perfect. Aroma- banana, wheat, spices, hints of orange and Belgian yeast. Taste is wheaty malt, banana, fluffy malt, hop juiciness, spicy undertones. Smooth and full mouthfeel.

Bottle. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of straw, white pepper and coriander. Flavour of grass, underripe pear, herbs and pithy lemon. Medium body with a smooth texture. Very fizzy. Rich and full flavoured.

Der Geruch erinnert mich etwas an Most. Geschmacklich fruchtig, spritzig. Eine angenehme bittere Note fällt auf, die einen schönen Gegenpol zur vorhanden Süße bildet. Das Bier bietet außerdem einen guter Kompromiss zwischen Süffigkeit und Substanz. Guter Stoff.

Cloudy golden, creamy ivory head. Gentle banana smell, light spicy, maybe some paper but clean otherwise. The taste is a pretty regular clean but not outstanding weizen with a touch of cardboard. Ok.
