Fragrance and taste of the “yeast-cloudy” wheat beer are distinguished by a refined top-fermented flowery-yeast character and an unmistakable, distinct banana aroma. First sensation on the taste buds is full-bodied, very soft and mild with a lively, champagne-like sparkle. A light, typical wheat beer taste is expressed, the bitter tone of which can scarcely be detected. The sparklingly refreshing Ayinger Bräuweisse will impress every wheat beer connoisseur with the first mouthful.

Bottle. Pale cloudy yellow/orange with a massive white head. Aroma of clove, banana, wheat, honey and yeast. Taste is citrus fruits, wheat, banana and clove. Slightly herbal and spicy with a distinctive bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. A little bit watery. It's alright and really süffig but not my favorite Weizen.

Bottle from MoritzF. Thanks! Flowers, citrus and grape juice packed in the aroma. Clove, banana, flowers and citrusfruit in the flavor. Well made hefeweizen, both with drinkability and character.

Thuis uit een flesje, met Willem en Roelien. Troebel gouden kleur, wit schuim. Zoals verwacht van dit bier uit Beieren, een uitstekend aroma en smaak. Heerlijk weissbier!

Disig gyllengul vätska med högt vitt skum. Frisk och lätt syrlig, kryddig, ganska återhållen sötma. Omogen banan, vete, jäst, nejlikor. Stiltypisk perfektion. Mycket gott.

Hazy pale golden colour, tall frothy white head, mostly lasting, light lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, banana, lemon, cloves. Taste medium sweet and light surish, wheat, yeast, banana, lemon, cloves. Aftertaste mild sweet and sourish, some lemon zest, spicy notes. Medium body, watery to creamy texture, average carbonation, well-made and refreshing, a weizen as it should be, good.
