Canned 11/7/18, drunk 1/11/19.
Quite hazy, brass-maize-golden. White head is small, fading steadily to a ring.
Smells of lovely grape and Nelson hops. Hard to tell fully where one starts and the other ends. Mineral, juice, acid, white wine....add to this souring acids and light oak and you've got yourself a lovely grape juice sour with a healthy, but not overdone, dose of hops. Malts are substantial but all pale, adding rich honey and biscuit with no excess sugar. Sourness in the form of light lactic and moderate Brett gives a good fruitiness and no stark/heavy acidity. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's soft, juicy, rich and malty with good restraint on both oak and hop. No excessive acidity or hard grapefruit rind-like sourness. Lovely grape juice, mineral, spice and light tropical fruits as grape, Brett and hop all mix very well, complementing one another. Soft, malty, tannic texture with low but tight carbonation and no alcohol or flaw. Good attenuation.

Can thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with small white head. The aroma is citrus, pine, grass. Medium body, pineapple, melon, lemon, light tartness, resin finish, very good.
