Bottle @ home. Lightly hazy dark orange to reddish color, medium sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, some dried and overripe fruits, quite sweet, lightly alcohol. Decent body and carbonation. Hmm ok beer.

Pours rather clear amber, small white head. Smell is sweet, yeasty, mild booze. Taste is very booze-forward, but with a (simple) malty backbone. Grainy sweetness, as well as metallic notes that are to me typical from the ambermalts. However, the boosted alcohol content here, gives the beer a chemical, medicinal sidetaste that tends to overpower the pallet by the time the aftertaste kicks in. Not as traumatic as the Gordon beers, but I can see the same kind of people drinking this...
