Plums. Light wildness, tart, clean and big plum. Soft malt base. Tasty stuff.

Taster shared with Matt. Appearance: hazy dork rose with a white head. Aroma: nice rustic notes, barrel, very nice plums. Taste: dry, wood, plums. Overall: a bit too woody and dry for me.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a cloudy bright red with a small white head. Aroma is quite complex, with all sorts of wild critters, pungent plums, oak and a hint of acidity. Flavour is dry, fruity and buggy, with fresh plums, lots of bugs, oak, and medium acidity. Really beautiful blend here — the plums are incorporated beautifully with the wild yeast and oak character. Assertive carbonation that is fitting. Excellent.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a hazy purple with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is plum skin, oak, funk. Slick body, tart plum, oak, light acidity, balanced, really enjoyed this.
