Our favorite DIPA is back and heavily triple dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic and conditioned on over 500 lbs. of Viva Farms Skagit Valley Organic raspberries.

Sample at the brewery during the first after the renovation.
Aroma: mix of raspberry and fruity hops.
Taste: light raspberry notes with a touch of acidity and raspberry seeds. Finishes quite dry.
Overall: it's ok.

Pinkish and opaque, medium head, hoppy and raspberry, nice! Touch of juicy acidity, again that works well. Light alcohol kicks in a bit in the finish. Very good.

Can thanks to Matt. Pours a hazy pink with small white head. The aroma is strong raspberry, floral, vanilla. Slick body, raspberry, vanilla cream, light bitterness, very good.
