Tasting at Brian's, corked bottle
Hazy blond colour. Aggressively sour, there is too much acetic, maybe some acetone, somewhere there is some green pear.
Pretentious. Mediocre.

500ml on Brian's deck. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice funk and barrel with fruity notes. Taste: quite acidic, some barrel and funk. Overall: too acidic.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with tons of vinegar, lots of acid, and tart pears. Flavour is very acidic, with glue, a little acetone, and tart pear skins. This is rather harsh and acetic. Lacking any complexity or refinement. Not impressive.

Slight haze. Blonde. No head, pours quite flat. On the nose, there's pears. It's quite sharp in the acidity, the pears are subtle, and then floral notes minimal. This isn't really a strong one, in terms of just being sharp and with limited character.

Bottle thanks to Jules. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head. The aroma is strong funk, floral, pear, oak. Thin body, funky, pear skin, lemon zest, light tartness, very nice.
