10oz on Nov-01. Appearance: very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: bourbon, coconut, vanilla, chocolate. Taste: along the same lines with some berry notes, very silky, moderately to high sweet, some booze. Overall: very nice bourbon forward beer.

10 oz pour on draft at Structures. It seems I have accidentally stumbled upon their fourth anniversary party. Awesome! Jet black, poured with almost no head, very apparent while enjoyed next to blend two. A nice aroma full of smooth bourbon and a large dose of vanilla. Cream body, a little different than expected from a sharper brew. Slight coffee, slight cocoa, huge vanilla, bourbon flavor over booziness. A beer worthy of celebration. Awesome to try it side by side with the other blend. Love this.

On tap at Structures, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is intense on fresh vanilla extract, with light coconut, and subdued bourbon barrels. Flavour is intense on the vanilla, accentuated by the bourbon barrels, and a little booze. Not getting the coconut much - it's dominated by the boozy bourbon and intense vanilla. Lovely stuff.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong coconut , oak, bourbon, roast. Slick body, toasted coconut, vanilla, roast, boozy finish, very nice.
