Our citrusy and refreshing Berliner Weisse is a modern take on a true Berlin classic. Brewed using the same traditional lactic acid cultures as the Berlin brewers of the 1920's, our Berliner Weisse is a bright and sparkling thirst-quencher. The beer embodies the liveliness of summer with the fruity tang of lemon and melon, further complimented by the tartness of rhubarb and gooseberries. To ensure a properly Stone (and therefore iconoclastic) Berliner Weisse, we upped the ABV to a healthy 4.7% and hopped the beer with new German varieties, Huell Melon and Callista.

0.33 l can from Beerlovers, Vienna. Shared with Nick Carlson, Charles Porter and Sara Standsworth. Drank on the bus from a can. Juicy and lemony. Light bitterness, malty background. Medium body, moderate carbonation, light finish. Average. On tap at Fakin Craft Bar, Zagreb. Shared with Peh and Krama. Hazy yellow, small off-white head. Acidity is pointed out. Puckering. Nice lemony flavours.

Can picked up from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, nr Gent, Belgium consumed down Lynn and Barry's Thursday 11th January 2018 I thoroughly enjoyed this beer, ok it was a little tamer than many Berliner Weisse beers I've had, however it was refreshing and had a nice zippiness and light lemony tang. Good beer. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Can @ home. Unclear / opaque pale yellow color, small to average sized white head. Aroma is a bit sharp sourish. Flavor is sourish, tart, sour-bitter. Hmm ok, but I'm really not a fan of this.

A light yellow beer, a head is huge and blond. Aroma has rhubarb, fruitness, sourness, some salt. Taste has fruitness, strong sourness, some saltyness and rhubarb. Light+ bodied, high carbonation. Strong notes of home-made rhubarb juice, especially in the aroma.
