Can (8/21/24) from Steve. Cloudy orange-yellow with tons of sparkle, good-sized head with excellent retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong apricot, lemon, citrus. Taste is strong lemon citrus, papaya. Smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation and lightly bitter finish. Good across the board.

Draught at Canary Square, 10/11/17.
Heavily hazy, bordering on soupy, as Fox Farm's hoppy beers seem to quite consistently be. Lighter bronze-golden with a firm, well-retained, white head.
Juicy pineapple, tangerine, nectarine and light mineral/earth are all highly aromatic, pleasant and show little/no resin. The Motueka brightens and juicifies everything probably just as much as a good dose of Nelson or Galaxy and neither Citra nor Amarillo contribute any big grapefruit or heavy orange character. The resulting tropical fruit, mild citrus and light honey from the malt is perfectly balanced by the cereal-like spelt and biscuity oat and malt. No alcohol or flaw.
Soft, juicy, supple, well-attenuated, resin-and-pine-free. Not much to not love here, with big bursts of tangerine, meyer lemon, sweet lime and mango leading to more dry, earthy, mineral-rich notes. All the while, soft, creamy textures are derived from both oat and spelt, while light, ample bitterness also helps balance. No alcohol or flaw, resin or twang at all. Wonderful stuff, one of my favorites from them, thus far.
