Brewed with Maxwell Road Maple’s darkest and most flavorful late season maple syrup, Good Morning pours pitch black in the glass with a creamy mousse-like head. The bubbles give way to genuinely intoxicating aromas of freshly roasted coffee, rich maple syrup, and milk chocolate. The flavor is decadent, melding milk chocolate, sweet maple syrup, and freshly roasted coffee with deeper complexities as it warms. The crew here at Tree House tastes “chocolate covered maple candy”, “vanilla”, “chocolate cake”, “brown sugar”, “a dark fruit bonanza”, and “fresh roasted coffee”. A super decadent treat, Good Morning begs to be shared and contemplated. We dare you to smell it and not yearn for Sunday morning. . . !

Borefts VI. Day 2. Growler fill -cheers to Mike Morse. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Airy malts, soft. Lovely light coffee, very flavoursome, like a decent Cappucino. Nicely judged maple syrup. It hangs together very well, light and very drinkable and a nice balance of coffee and maple.

Growler share at BBF ’14, day 2, 27/09/14 big thanks to Mikey Morse. Pitch black with a good sized tan covering. Nose is a big coffee ’hello’, roasty tones, chocolate, coffee beans, vanilla. Taste comprises rich coffee grinds, dark chocolate shavings, spice, maple syrup, sweet licks, toasted brown sugar. Full bodied, fine carbonation, roasty tones in the close. Solid coffee lead impy, doesn’t get to sweet, great balance.
