This blend consists of 75% East Bank and 25% Funky Blender along with organic apricots and peaches from Palisade, CO. Just like the last One Key, we took the base beer and fermented it on the apricots at a rate of over 3 pounds per gallon. After about a month on the 'cots, we transferred this beer to organic Red Haven peaches for another fruit fermentation! Slightly more acidic than the previous One Key, the hint of malt sweetness from the East Bank balances out the blend.

Bottle pour at Weldwerks Invitational 2019. Hazy yellow orange with white head. Lots of fruit, apricots, peaches, funk, some wood. Medium to heavy sourness. Medium bodied.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong stone fruit, oak, lemon zest, funk. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, acidic, enjoyed this.
