Kinda Classic is a hoppy Belgian-inspired refresher ripe with fermentation character. We fermented this beer hot with a single strain of expressive yeast, and cold conditioned for a short spell. This one crackles on the palate with notes of black pepper, sweet floral chamomile perfume, lemon pie filling, oily earl grey tea/bergamot, spring time forest, clean pils malts and other bright things sure to please. So refreshing and so complex. Please do not cellar.

On tap at the brewery taproom. Pale yellow coloured, medium sized white head, yeasty and light fruity nose. Yeasty, sweetish, herbal and grassy with bitterish finish.

Bottle from Cikoko: pours light hazy with white head. Aroma is lightly earthy, citrusy, mellow funkiness. Taste is dry. More funky than sour. Very pleasant aftertaste. Low-key.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, medium fluffy white head, good lacing. Aroma is field grass, black pepper, honey, dust, coriander, Belgian yeast. Flavor is very light sweet, light bitter. BodyLight. Clean.

Bottle from the source. Chillhazy deep golden yellow color, fluffy white head with good retention and solid lacing. Nice lemon pepper aroma. Taste is dusty haystacks and straw sprinkled with white pepper. Light funk, lightly bitter finish. Delicious.

500 ml bottle from the brewery, 9/10/21. Bottle dated 3/21. Fizzed out of the bottle at opening. Mostly clear golden color with a large, fizzy froth of white head. Pepper / spice, grains, and funk. Bretty for sure. Lemon and herbal tea. Just a huge punch of flavor for a 4.5% beer. This is really nice.

Bottle thanks to Kyle. Pours a hazy yellow with small white head. The aroma is floral, honey, yeast. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, nice tartness, easy drinking, enjoyed this.

Owl Farm, Brooklyn tap: pours clear clear gold with a small head. Aroma is yeasty, vaguely fruity, nice, spicy and floral. Taste is slightly sweet, floral, earthy. Very rounded and mellow. Good.

Bottle split at L6, thanks to Manny Goldberg, 13/06/18. Hazed Light golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is melon, straw, grains, light funk. Taste comprises peach, lemon rind, dusty hops, stale bread, yeast flicker, light herb, grassy bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent.

Bottle shared at Columbus tasting 13/06/2018. Many thanks to Padriag. An attractive bright golden yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is cereal, pale grains, light apple, pear. Flavour is composed of pale grains, earthy cereal, , pils, light ester, rubber. light belgian yeast. Palate is simple, light grains, moderate carbaotnion. Light chalky finish.
