Kinda Classic is a hoppy Belgian-inspired refresher ripe with fermentation character. We fermented this beer hot with a single strain of expressive yeast, and cold conditioned for a short spell. This one crackles on the palate with notes of black pepper, sweet floral chamomile perfume, lemon pie filling, oily earl grey tea/bergamot, spring time forest, clean pils malts and other bright things sure to please. So refreshing and so complex. Please do not cellar.

Bottle shared at Columbus tasting 13/06/2018. Many thanks to Padriag. An attractive bright golden yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is cereal, pale grains, light apple, pear. Flavour is composed of pale grains, earthy cereal, , pils, light ester, rubber. light belgian yeast. Palate is simple, light grains, moderate carbaotnion. Light chalky finish.

Bottle big thanks to Manny G. It pours hazy yellow - gold with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is fragrant, salty, savoury, cracker, herbal, doughy bread and some toasty grain. The taste is crisp, dry, salted cracker, earthy, cereal, soda water, floury bread, grass and tannin with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and moderate - high, foamy carbonation. Not a huge amount of depth.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Mann. Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds perfume, lemon, wheat. Light sweet flavour, some crispy wheat, nips of straw, pale grains. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, more wheat flakes, mild bitterness, biscuits, lemon rind. Great stuff overall. Very drinkable.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Padraig. Hazy yellow gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Malts are mildly sweet, whisper of grain. Floral sweet mid. Touch of pithy citrus on the back end. Soft dry finish. Okay.
