750mL bottle drunk 11/17/25, as pictured.
Very minor oxidation with mild woodiness, low acetic presence, light lactic acidity and a very easygoing style-typical character of cherry, vanilla, date, prune, etc....No harsh acid, no vinegar.
Cherry and prune juice notes with moderate lactic acidity but no sharpness. Very low acetic; just enough to establish the style. The problem here, unfortunately, is that the yeast/bacteria has completely eaten through the body and it's thin and lightly tannic. A real shame because the flavor is shockingly delicate for the style and there's little/no oxidation and little/no acetic.

On tap at Side Project during the holidays in 2019. A relatively quick stop and great beers. Blend #2.

Bottle at SP Cellar. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is oak, leather, dark fruit. Thin body, strong oak, raisin, leather, light tartness, lingering dry finish, very nice.
