Honey beer with off-white, sticky, stable head and hazy amber colour with protein flakes floating around. Strong aroma of flowers, bitter honey and grapefruity hops, biscuit, cloves, soap; soft fruity taste, sweetish with light ’citrusness’, bready malts, some residual honey sweetness but subtle and in the end overpowered by an assertive, spicy, long and dry hop bitterness.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ The Danish Summer Gathering, TSODRBSG13 ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a large to huge, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, honey, pale malt, sweet honey, sharp honey, light earthy, phenol notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, harp honey, tart honey, sweet honey, earthy.
