Appearance: Light hazy and lively golden color with huge white head that last. Good lacing.
Aroma: Light acidic and a bit fruity.
Palate: Medium body. Slightly sweet and a rich bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Malty, fruity, some yeast and light hoppy. Well hidden alcohol.
Overall impression: Not to complex Belgian strong ale, but very fresh and easy drinkable.
Personal stats: Bottle from a trade with Grima.

Znakomite piwo. Intensywny aromat gożkiego chmielu, finisz rozgrzewający i wytrawny zarazem. Wielka czapa piany, smak goryczkowy, wytrawny (dry hoppy). Świetne zmętnienie a osadu aż tyle że ciężko to wymieszać i nie może się sporo odkleić od dna butelki. Polecam wytrawnym piwoszom

33 cl bottle @ hotel room, Brussels. Rated on 18.07.2010
The beer started to foam out of the bottle after opening. Aroma has hops, some nettles and gooseberry bush. Flavour has some bitter hops, gooseberry bush, nettles and a vichy‐like feeling typical to beers too high on CO2. Decent stuff anyway.

On tap. Dark gold with creamy white head. Fresh on the nose. Aroma has a simple malt profile with noble hops. Taste is sweetish with a moderate lingering bitterness. Medium bodied, average carbonation, wouldn’t say this is a 8.5%. Smooth and easy to drink, simple but nice.

Bottled 33cl (BZ, BB 06/2013, alc. 8 %)
Deep golden color, good cloudy head, lots of lace. Aroma has alcohol, fruity notes, a bit of grass, not very strong. Medium-bodied. Grassy, cat pissy hoppyness, a bit sweet-fruity maltyness. Evident Duvel-copy but lacking a crispyness of the original one.
